Today’s entry was rather short so I’m not really sure where this post will end up. Really, I think there were about five sentences max. -_-
Anyway, today was the day Amelia Earhart became the first woman to fly across the Pacific. That was back in 1935. That means this year is its 80th anniversary! WHEE! (Okay, where did that come from?)
Unfortunately, she meets her doom a short two years later. It was presumed that she crashed. However, her body, and her co-pilot’s, were never found. It really brings to mind the Malaysia Airlines plane that just vanished into thin air, as well as the numerous plane crashes and accidents that occurred, last year. Clearly, 2014 was not a good year for the aviation industry. Hopefully, this year will be better (and safer).
Another thing this brings to mind is that Night at the Museum 3 is now showing! (Amy Adams played her in the second one if you guys need a reminder. ;) )
Well, I guess that will be all for now. It’s about time too for my current favorite show so I better get going if I don’t want to miss it. CIAO! :*
