The feast of the Epiphany or feast of the Three Kings marks the end of Christmas. It is when the three kings finally arrive at the manger where the baby Jesus was born. It is also when all your Christmas decorations must go down unless you want to attract bad luck. Or so the book says.
Now I don’t know about bad luck, but in our culture, the decors, especially the parol, a star-shaped Christmas lantern, can’t come down a day before the feast of the Epiphany lest the Magi get lost on their way to the manger. You know, ‘coz they follow a star going there? HAHA!
